New Delhi: A whopping 87 percent of experts in India say that harassment prevention at the administrative center is an essential practice for the future of hiring and HR, compared to 71 percent globally, a new LinkedIn report said on Thursday. In India, 50 percent of hiring professionals said that organizations now communicate about their harassment regulations as a part of their pitch to capacity hires — almost double the worldwide average of 29 percent. “Anti-harassment is a special warm-button problem in India,” said the LinkedIn “Global Talent Trends 2019″ report that surveyed over 5,000 talent experts in 35 nations, including more than 400 specialists in India.
